Ø Ensures complete adherence and compliance to the SOP of the company.
Ø Ensures that documentations is maintained and updated daily in all forms and formats.
Ø Exhibits knowledge of reports preparation on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis to be sent to corporate office as and when required.
Ø Exhibits knowledge of the budgeting exercise by exercising control and optimizing resources.
Ø Ensures that all members of the department are trained in the cleaning processes and other processes of the department twice a month.
Ø Ensures that inventory of the items to checked and maintained periodically on monthly quarterly and yearly basis.
Ø Ensures that vendor utilization is practiced and appointed and by sourcing the best available rates – contracts and equipment.
Ø Keeps self and others apprised of changes in procedures – methods and equipments.
Ø Attaches relevance and linkages of profitability through cost implications to the cleaning process.
Ø Ensures that presence is maintained by the department during the interval and entry in the lobby and the restrooms
