Ø Handling project sales of electrical products
Ø Team Management
Ø Pricing & Contribution Management to ensure the achievement of profit targets.
Ø Designing Long term and Short term Strategy to enhance operations. Analyzing business opportunity, potential and executing strategies to drive sales to achieve desired targets
Ø To build business excellence and innovation culture within the organization through employee productivity and role identifications.
Ø Developing new Key Accounts & managing the same.
Ø Managing existing key accounts.
Ø Analyzing RFQs, technical specification, contract documents, preparation of bid compliance, techno – commercial proposals, Scrutiny and review of Contracts/Tenders/Enquiry/Offer.
Ø Carrying out Negotiations & Finalization of order.
Ø Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to the payment collection, outstanding systems & procedures as per company policies.
Ø Target Achievement monthly invoicing & collection.
Ø Minimum graduate with electrical product sales experience
Ø Team handling experience
Ø Target oriented
Ø Excellent communication skills
Ø Well versed with computers
