Job Requirement

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


  1. Enquiry generation (Minimum 25 in a month).
  2. Make an Enquiry tracker.
  3. Enquiry follows–up. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone and personal visits. (Minimum 3 Home visits fresh Enquiry)
  4. Carry proper sales kit during prospect visit.
  5. Inform customer on new sales campaign / new products.


  1. Event to be conducted as per policy every month.
  2. Event planning to be done with confirmed permission only.
  3. Event planning should be submitted by the 30th of every month for the coming month.
  4. All enquiries generated during event to be immediately reported to the showroom via SMS.
  5. Event report to be submitted along with photographs on the next day.
  6. An individual is responsible to carefully take the car to location and bring it back.


  1. Proper demonstration of Cars.
  2. Offer test drive. This is compulsory.
  3. To offer value proposition to customers
  4. Handle customer objections.
  5. To advice on Warranty & Driving tips.
  6. Adhere strictly to selling norms as per policy.
  7. Ensure that all documents are properly procured.
  8. Payment conditions to be met as per policy within 7 days of delivery.
  9. Regularly update your knowledge about Maruti Products range.
  10. To have proper and updated knowledge on Maruti initiatives – MF / MI / True Value / Extended Warranty / MGA.
  11. Have latest knowledge on competition products available in the market.
  12. Have proper knowledge of preventive maintenance as it gives you the added advantage to enhance your sales pitch.
  13. Should have basic idea  about after sales services & free services
  14. Maintain good relationship customer by wishing them on their special days like birthday & anniversary 



  1. Ensure presence without fail at the time of delivery.
  2. Ensure smooth and hassle free delivery to customers.
  3. Understand the importance of SSI parameters.
