| Job Requirement | Lead the Digital Security and Surveillance – anew business vertical within to launch, develop and grow new business for Technology Enabled and Empowered Security Services. Drive Digital Security –Pre /Post Sales, Engineering, installation, Commissioning and monitoring efforts, and provide interface to Quick / Emergency Response (Q/ERT) teams. Add financial value to organization top line, bottom line and brand image.

Duties & Responsibilities :
Lead business initiative by driving following responsibilities :
• Study international market trends and identify latest technologies to enable /empower digitization of security services business of the organization
• Evaluate, Plan technical Strategies and work towards digital security technology providers association & products to implement decided technology solutions to market along with Physical Security Services
• Define and promote solutions / products / Services portfolio to support sales team and front end / provide marketing supporting all digitization aspects
• Lead with front end efforts for implementation of
• Master Monitoring & Command Control Center at HO at Baroda – utilize existing IT team & resources
• Regional Monitoring & Command Control Center at branch locations to provide interface to QRT dispatch
• Organize &drive installation & maintenance team for customer sites installations and maintenances
• Frame and Provide SOPs, interface to Response Teams (Q/ERT) for technology business vertical to ensure customer requirements as per service agreements
• Arrange trainings for installation and commissioning teams, IT teams, Operation and monitoring teams& Q/ERTs
• Frame SoPs for effective implementation of Technology supported Security Services business operations
• Study / Analyze market, changing requirements trends and plan for estimated revenue generation from Technology business
Qualifications & key experience areas :
Minimum engineering graduate (IT / EC / INS / EE) with experience covering ELV project implementation, solution designing, sales / marketing, procurement & sourcing, security market, cyber security knowledge, business management & stake holder management
Professional Skills & knowledge areas :
Lead diversified

Latest technologies in the field of Security technologies
Subject knowledge of
1. ELV solutions covering CCTV
2. surveillance solution capabilities like
• ANPR
• Face Recognition
• Video Content Analytics

Ability to
• Track & be updated about market trends and dynamic customer needs for introducing latest technologies
• Source & arrange relevant latest technologies from international /Indian markets
• Study customer sites, compile site inspection reports, arrange options of technology solutions and set customer expectations for effective delivery of solutions
• Implement security technology solutions at customer sites and corresponding internal infrastructure in HQ / BranchesL
• Guide sales team for business objectives
• Handle all stake holders including customer authorities, statutory authorities, vendors, subcontractors & in-house management team
• MIS compilation and financial coordination by keeping eye on top line, bottom line and organization brand with constant growth
