Job Requirement	Responsibilities : Search relevant tenders related to commercial, security & PVC card printing online on GEM, Tender Tiger, Tender 24x7 Analyze & check the eligibility criteria for participation Prepare the bill of quantity Prepare pre-bid queries Coordinate with internal departments & clients for the documents required for the tender (Turnover Certificate, Work Completion Certificate, Balance Sheet, etc.) Collate documents and prepare the Technical & Financial Bid accordingly Raise queries and follow-up for publishing corrigendum / addendum if required Attend pre-bid meetings  Plan and execute timely submission of the tender/s (Online / By Courier / Offline / Hand Delivery) Skills Competencies : Negotiation skills. Proven track record of individually handling tenders. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and statistical analysis. Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.  Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to in a clear and concise manner.
