Qualification:

1.      B. Commerce, B.E. Printing, Diploma in printing or Equivalent graduation or Management degree.

2.      Background in printing will be best but not compulsory

3.      Person must be self-starter& enthusiastic.

4.      Must have ability to listen, learn & carry forth instructions.

5.      Must be able to multitask.

Roles:

1.      Managing and regularly interacting with customers for job requirementsand give complete customer care with all range of unique products.

2.      Developing new business and thereafter servicing.

3.      Looking after recovery of over-due payments as well as monitoring regular outstanding.

4.       Attending client’s complaints and solving them by giving rights solutions.

5.      Ensure profit of the company by increasing sales at profitable rates.

6.      Get more jobs from existing clients and increase penetration in those clients.

7.      Work closely with clients and internal R&D to develop new value added products.

Responsibilities:

3.      You will be responsible to provide regular feedback to management about market place and competitor activity.

4.      You will be responsible to identify requirements for new products and services.

6.      You will be responsible to develop effective working relationship with customers through regular meeting and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.

7.      You will be responsible for recovery and payment and tax related documents.
