Job Description :

1. Record-Keeping Systems:
   1. Update and maintain the records in the system online related to operations/Billing & accounts.

1. Document Management:
   1. Update and maintain Proof of Deliveries (PODs) and couriers.
   2. Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.

1. Communication Management:
   1. Manage and respond to emails, phone calls from HO and Branches.
   2. Schedule and coordinate client visits as instructed by key accounts or management.
   3. Coordinating with the team to respond to all queries from HO or other branches.

1. Supply Management:
   1. Manage inventory of office supplied and ensure adequate stock of office supplies.
   2. Manage procurement of office supplied as and when required.

1. Facility Management:
   1. Ensure office maintenance and cleanliness.
   2. Coordinate with building management for facility-related issues.
   3. Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services.
