Responsibility :

• Participate in Contract Review
  
• Witness Material Testing, Inward Inspection, IN-process Inspection
• Liaison with Third Party Inspectors
• Root Cause Analysis on NCR Trends & Customer Complaints.
• Initiate Corrective & Preventive Actions.
• Ensure TMME are maintained in Current Calibration Status.
• Communicate to Sales Manager if the Product found Non-conforming after delivery
• Audit Suppliers
• Disposition of Non Conformance.
• Plan inspectional activities of shop- in process & final inspection.
• Prepare ITP (Inspection Test Plan)

Authority :

• Signing Authority on Contract Review
• Approval of Certificate of Compliance
• Approval of Certificate of Conformance
• Hold production in case of Quality problem.
• Approve Product Release
• Approve Calibration Certificate
• Approval Of QCP/ITP
• Approval of FAI jointly with QC/Design/Production.
• To hold production in case of quality problem. (Depending on nature and severity of NC).
• OK to stock material
• Authorization of API monograms stamping & removal
