Production Manager for manufacturing of power & distribution transformer & special  transformers having good knowledge of production of transformers up to 33KV, 25 MVA. 

·        Plan, monitor & control the production activities/Manufacturing processes to achieve Monthly and annual plan.

·        Manpower utilization daily and monthly basis and dividing the job accordingly, shift Planning as per production schedule.

·        Estimating costs and preparing budgets.

·        Should have good knowledge of manufacturing the transformer for the purpose of carrying out type test & must have previous experience for the same.

·        Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines

·        Monitor production to resolve issues.

·        Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)

·        Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)

·        Deep knowledge of production management.

·        Coordinating Work.

·        Worked on CRGO Core type / Amorphous Shell type transformer.

·        Ensure output meets quality standards

·        Comfortable in MS Word, PowerPoint Presentation and MS Excel.
