Job Responsibilities

• Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as Scanning, documentation.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Written and verbal communication skills
• You have a relevant educational any degree background, -2-3 years of experience from a similar role.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Excellent organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
