Position Overview :

The E-commerce Head is a senior-level role responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall e-commerce strategy of the company. This role involves overseeing the online sales operations, optimizing the digital customer experience, and driving revenue growth through various online channels. (Shopify, amazon, Flipkart specialist are preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

·        Oversee and manage the overall e-commerce strategy, including the company website and various online sales channels.

·        Drive the development and optimization of the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.

·        Manage relationships with third-party marketplaces such as Zomato, Swiggy, and others to maximize product visibility and sales.

·        Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all online sales channels, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute online campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

·        Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, and inventory levels across all platforms.

·        Implement and optimize e-commerce tools and technologies to enhance the online shopping experience.

·        Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to achieve overall business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

·        Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.

·        Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and third-party marketplaces.

·        Familiarity with online food delivery platforms such as Zomato and Swiggy.

·        Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficient in using e-commerce tools and technologies.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·        Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
