Candidate will responsible to oversee the sales, purchase, logistics, client services, collections, production, maintenance, and quality assurance functions of our plants. This professional multitasker will coordinate the plant’s processes to ensure compliance with safety, statutory, quality systems, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally detail oriented and able to lead a team, serving as liaison between plant workers and upper management as also with clients. This person must be dedicated to achieving operational excellence to achieve the company's goals.

Job Description:

1. Plan and coordinate operations for production, sales and dispatch. 
2. Manage the existing clients and generate new revenues from potential clients.
3. Ensure that production schedules are in accordance with plant capacity, customer requirements, and financial planning.
4. Maintain statutory compliance in connection with the unit
5. Manage materials replenishment, quality standards, and performance metrics in support of organizational goals and objectives.
6. Manage cost structures for manufacturing by keeping operational expenses within budget and implement cost-reduction measures.
7. Create documentation protocols and ensure that all records of operations are properly maintained and reviewed
