Position               : Utility Incharge

Job Location       : Sanand, Gujarat

Responsibilities:

Utility (Chiller ,Compressor, Dryer, Cooling Tower, Transformer, AHU,STP, Fire Fighting Equipment’s, Proper Lighting inside and outside of plant )

• Ensure maintenance of all electrical & electronics break down of all Secure.
• Ensure Spare availability of all drives, Electrical & Electronic parts Sensors, Thermocouple, heaters and encoders etc .
• Ensure preventive maintenance related to above and verification of electronic sensors working condition to prevent accidents.
• Development of all electrical & electronic items locally at the place of SACMI.
• Ensure RCA of all electrical & Electronics breakdown within 24hrs.
• Ensure EUR (Energy usage ratio) of plant.
• Ensuring required Air pressure near all machine.
• Ensuring required water temp and Flow near all machine.
• Ensuring and maintaining atmosphere temp inside production area.
• Ensure Proper lighting in all area and its maintenance.
• Firefighting equipment availability, Maintenance as per system requirements of all plants.
• Ensure availability of all spares with respect to Chiller, Compressor, Dryer, Cooling Tower, Transformer, AHU & STP.
• Ensure performance and maintenance of STP plant.
