Position               : General Manager – Manufacturing Operations
Location              : Daman
Qualification       : Any Graduate

Experience          : Minimum 15 years in a senior management role

Salary Budget     : 15 lacs per annum (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing production processes, managing financial reports, and ensuring quality and safety compliance, while driving the company toward its growth objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record in operations management within the manufacturing industry

Key responsibilities include :

• Implementing strategic initiatives to improve efficiency
• Supervising day-to-day plant activities
• Managing budgets
• Ensuring timely communication of key performance metrics through daily reports to the management.
