We are looking for a dynamic Sales Lead and Tender Executive to drive business growth by managing sales leads, handling tender submissions, and ensuring seamless execution of the bidding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.
• Manage the full tender process, including bid preparation, documentation, and submission.
• Analyze tender requirements and ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations.
• Develop strong relationships with potential clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and financial inputs for proposals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
• Track and follow up on submitted tenders, negotiating terms when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of bids, proposals, and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or tender management.
• Strong knowledge of bidding processes, contract negotiation, and procurement procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
