Sales & Marketing Head with a strong engineering background in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing and a deep understanding of drone technology, UAV systems, and technical product sales. An MBA is preferred for this role.

This position requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, enabling the candidate to bridge the gap between engineering innovations and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for drone products and services.
• Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and identify business opportunities.
• Work closely with the engineering team to align product development with customer needs.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies for business expansion.
• Drive branding, lead generation, and promotional campaigns to enhance market presence.
• Provide technical consultations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Manage pricing strategies and revenue forecasts to achieve business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
• 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the drone, aerospace, or defence sector.
• MBA (Preferred) for business strategy and management expertise.
• Strong understanding of drone components, UAV systems, and related technologies.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business development teams.
