Responsibilities:

• Register on e-portals and upload tenders.
• Vet and manage tender submissions and deadlines.
• Gather and prepare bid documents, coordinating with various departments.
• Maintain tender files, assist in vendor registration, and handle related administrative tasks.
• Support commercial and finance departments with bid-related activities and documentation.
