Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day disc blade manufacturing activities to ensure quality and timely output.
• Operate and monitor furnace processes as part of heat treatment.
• Maintain inward and outward registers for materials and finished goods.
• Maintain and execute the daily production plan as per targets.
• Plan monthly productionin coordination with the Plant Head.
• Ensure daily production targetsare met and any issues are promptly addressed.
• Report directlyto the Plant Head and Director with regular updates and reports.
• Coordinate with quality control and maintenance departments as needed.
• Train shop floor staff and ensure discipline and operational efficiency.
• Maintain clean documentation and records of production activities.
• Support night shift operations when required.
